Samia’s Cuisine Culturelle

Samia’s Cuisine space is under renovation. 


My calling has been to outreach to the needy, local refugee-immigrant community, families in Morocco and Indonesia. They need help with food and educational material.

 To that end, I am starting a small home-based business baking traditional Moroccan cookies called “Kaab el-Ghazaal, English for “Gazelle’s horns” and Samia’s Saffran rgheefa/flatbread to share the flavors and culture of my country of Morocco with our Triangle community. 

This project will benefit not just local Syrian women but a portion of the profits will also be donated to two struggling families in Indonesia and a family in Morocco. By supporting this project, you will have a positive impact on women and their families both locally and across the world.
